• Clothing & Accessories will be sent in a letterbox package. You don't have to be at home to receive your package.
• Bags & Footwear will be sent in normal packages.

• Delivery in 1-2 business days / Phone cases will be delivered in 4-6 days

• Europe 6 - 8 business days
• Worldwide about 10 - 12 business days
• You will receive a tracking number so you can track your package
  
• Delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the shipping timeframe
• COVID-19 may affect the processing and delivery of mail and parcels. 
        International deliveries may therefore take longer to arrive

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT

It is possible to return or exchange your product(s), but only within 14 days after your purchase. 
Please contact us by mail or phone before you send your product(s) back. 
Please send the exchanges and returns unwashed and undamaged without traces of smoke or perfume. Items must be returned in a new, unused state with all tags attached. 

NOTICE: If you want to return an item, we will pay the shipping costs (only in the Netherlands). For international shipping the customer is responsible for the costs.

We will refund your money within 7 business days after receiving the product(s).
