It is possible to return or exchange your product(s), but only within 14 days after your purchase. 
Please contact us by mail or phone before you send your product(s) back. 
Please send the returns unwashed and undamaged without traces of smoke or perfume. Items must be returned in a new, unused state with all tags attached. 

NOTICE: If you want to return an item, we will pay the shipping costs (only in the Netherlands). For international shipping the customer is responsible for the costs.

We will refund your money within 7 business days after receiving the product(s).
