• Standard Worldwide Shipping about 14-16 business days

• The specific delivery date will be given at the checkout
• You will receive a tracking number so you can track your package
  
• Delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the shipping timeframe

 It is possible to return or exchange your product(s), but only within 14 days after your purchase. 

Please contact us by mail or phone before you send your product(s) back. 
Please send the returns unwashed and undamaged without traces of smoke or perfume. Items must be returned in a new, unused state with all tags attached. 

NOTICE: We will pay the shipping costs if you want to return an item from the Netherlands. For international shipping is the customer responsible for the costs.
